Successfully obtained judgment in Supreme Court of NSW against a plaintiff who had lodged a claim against our client who was a letting agent

Our client had an exposure of approximately $6 million and we were able to successfully extinguish the entire claim.

Successful litigation tools were used such as a caulderbank letter of offer and we retained the services of a competent and experienced barrister as well.

For the investment by the client of several thousand dollars, the client was able to avoid a potentially disasterous claim of $6 million.
