Negotiated settlement

Recently we assisted a client in the settlement of a dispute with his neighbour in a small strata title block of units. Extensive negotiations were entered into with the other legal representatives involved. Proceedings previously had been commenced in the Consumer, Trader and Tennancy Tribunal. Much expert evidence was obtained to support the claim of the client. There was daily attendances in order to keep the pressure on the other party.
